My Account is the gateway to your People's Postcode Lottery account. When you register and log in you'll be able to:

  • Keep track of your Postcode Lottery prizes

Exclusive Player Games

We're excited to offer player games, exclusive to players who have registered for My Account. You can play the Big Quiz and Word Reveal every day of the week, and you will be entered into a weekly prize draw for a chance to win amazing prizes like an iPad, a smart TV, a PS5, and so much more!

You'll be entered into a draw every time you play - so the more you play, the more chance of winning you have!

Exclusive Player Game draws will take place every Thursday, and lucky winners will be emailed on Fridays with details of how to claim their prize.

Personal details

Take a minute to review the personal details that we have registered for you. You'll be able to update your correspondence address and contact information if you need to. It's important that this information is correct so as we can tell you about any updates. If you want to change your payment details or if anything doesn't look right, please call our Customer Experience team who will be happy to help.

Your tickets

You'll be able to see your active tickets. If you would like to add a ticket, or cancel an existing ticket, please contact our Customer Experience team.

To use your My Account, you first need to create that account. This is a different process from signing up for a ticket. When signing up, please ensure you are using the email address you have registered with People's Postcode Lottery to play. Once you've done this, you'll receive an email which contains a link which will allow you to log into your My Account.

If you've forgotten your password for My Account, there is a link on the log in page to Reset Your Password.

New Player Account

If you've just joined People's Postcode Lottery, because you're a new player, we need to check some details before we can create your My Account. Once those checks are complete, you'll receive an email inviting you to join My Account. That typically happens the next day but can occasionally take a little longer.

Creating An Account

When you create your My Account, you should use the email which you have registered to play with People's Postcode Lottery. You will be asked to choose a password and then verify your email address. For security reasons, we will also ask you to verify your identity by asking you to enter your date of birth.

Locking An Account

If you enter your password wrongly five times, your account will become locked for security reasons. If your My Account has become locked, you can use the "Reset Your Password" link on the log in page or call us on 0808 168 2511 for assistance.

Changing Your Password

If you wish to change your password, please logout of your My Account. At the log in screen for My Account, there's an option to "Reset Your Password". Click this option and go to the Reset Your Password page. Enter your email address and click "Submit". You should then receive an email containing a link which allows you to change your password.

Please note that your password must meet the following requirements. It must be at least 12 characters in length and it must contain at least three of the following:

  • Lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Upper case letter (A-Z)
  • Numbers (0-9), and
  • Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)

If you've changed address and would like to update your playing postcode, give our Customer Experience team a call on freephone number 0808 109 8765. We need you to tell us the following:

  • Your full name

  • Your date of birth (as a security check)

  • Your previous address

  • Your full new postal address - please note, we need you to tell us your complete new address

  • Your new playing postcode

  • Your up-to-date phone numbers and email address

Please ensure that you include all the information specified above. If any of this information is missing, we'll need to get back in touch with you. If you play with PayPal or Debit Card subscriptions and wish to add bank details, or change the bank details we have on record, you can call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765. In this case, to register (or amend) a prize payout bank account, you can also email or write in.

Please note that you cannot email or write in to request a change to your Debit Card payment details. If you are updating your Debit Card we need you to call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765.

All requests will receive written confirmation of receipt and of any changes made. Please note, it's not possible for players paying by Direct Debit to request changes in bank details by post: these updates must be discussed in a telephone call or via email.

Our Customer Experience team can make any changes to your subscriptions for you. If you wish to reduce your number of subscriptions or change your subscriptions, simply call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765. Discussing changes in a telephone call allows us to obtain all the necessary information from you and we can confirm back to you that the required changes are in place and when your last draw date will be on any cancelled subscription.

If you would like to cancel your subscription to People's Postcode Lottery, you can do so at any time. Simply call us on freephone number 0808 109 8765 or use our request to cancel form.

What is the Postcode Lottery and how does it work?

Before you cancel, however, it's worth remembering some of the benefits of playing People's Postcode Lottery. Not only do our players win cash prizes, but good causes also receive essential support. Players sign up with their postcode and pay £12.25 per month. Once their subscription starts playing, they are automatically entered into every draw with Prizes announced every day of the month.

Benefits of Playing

There are £1,000 prizes announced every day. On Saturdays players can win a share of £1 Million. Every month, players could also win £250,000** for every ticket in one winning postcode, or win a share of our amazing Postcode Millions prize. However, if you do win a prize we'll notify you by email, SMS message, letter or phone call depending on the amount. We recommend that players register an email address with us and keep their address and telephone details up to date to ensure they can be notified of any prize wins.

With your subscription, a min of 30% of each ticket price goes to supporting charities. Our players have raised over £1.5 Billion for good causes. Changes to your subscription

If you would like to make a change to your account, such as your contact details, give us a call on freephone number 0808 109 8765.

You can also email us at info@postcodelottery.co.uk. If you are seeking any changes to your account, please provide your full name, address and date of birth within your email.

Finally, you can write to us, stating what your previous details were and what you'd like them to be. The address is:

What are your chances of winning?

In 2024, 87% of players won a prize. These included our £30,000 Street Prizes, shares of the monthly Postcode Millions prize and our weekly Millionaire Street prize, £1,000 prizes, £10 wins, Prize Vouchers and e-Gift Cards. Thousands of postcodes win each week, and millions of pounds in prizes is won every month. For £12.25 a month, players are automatically entered into all People's Postcode Lottery draws. Winning postcodes are announced every single day of the month. Only playing postcodes are entered into the Postcode Lottery draws, so prizes are always guaranteed to be won.

It isn't possible to predict the likelihood of winning a prize in future draws as this depends on the number of postcodes and tickets entered into the draws, and this can vary.

Will I still be charged for the next draw?

Once you have cancelled your subscription, we will not request payment for any future draws. However, in line with our T&Cs, any pending payments or successful payments already made for our next draws will not be refunded and any resulting wins from those draws will be paid in the normal manner. In these circumstances your cancellation will take effect from the following month.

In a copy of the email which you no longer want to receive, click the Unsubscribe button in the footer of the mailing. You should then be taken to a webpage in which you can choose to unsubscribe from future mailings of that type. Alternatively, call our Customer Experience staff on freephone number 0808 109 8765 and they can change your contact preferences for you.
